October’s monthly meeting brought views of City Island past and present. Long time resident Barbara Burn Dolensek, Vice President and Administer of the City Island Nautical Museum, showed slides to document island’s major role in boat building and oystering. She also underscored the island’s current reputation for restaurants and historic waterfront homes.
